Our independently audited financial statements consistently show that out of every dollar raised, 86% goes directly toward providing scholarships to students in need at our Catholic schools.

GIFTS OF STOCKS OR BONDS
Maximize your impact by donating appreciated securities while potentially reducing capital gains taxes.
Donate appreciated stock or bonds instead of cash. This gift allows you to avoid paying the capital gains tax on any increase in the value of the stock. Please contact our team at CEFdonations@archkck.org for the proper account information to facilitate a stock transfer.
DONATE ADVISED FUND DISTRIBUTIONS
Recommend a grant from your donor advised fund to support scholarships for students in need.
Designate gifts from your Donor Advised Fund to the Catholic Education Foundation. Contact your fund administrator for additional details. Please contact our team at CEFdonations@archkck.org for additional assistance.
GIFTS FROM AN IRA
Make a tax-efficient gift directly from your IRA while supporting Catholic education.
If you are 72 or older, a donation made directly from your IRA can help you save valuable income tax dollars. Qualified charitable contributions (QCD) of up to $100,000 ($200,000 for married couples) must be made by December 31 each year in order to exclude that amount from taxable income.

GIFTS OF REAL ESTATE
Create lasting impact by donating real estate or other property to support CEF’s mission.
Gifts of real property — real estate, land, vehicles, etc. — can help support the Catholic Education Foundation’s mission for years to come.

TAX CREDITS
Your gift to the Catholic Education Foundation may provide significant tax benefits at both the state and federal level.
Tax credits are designed to expand access to Catholic education and include both state credits through the Kansas Tax Credit for Low Income Students program and federal credits through the Educational Choice for Children Act. Supporting Catholic education through tax credits allows you to make a meaningful impact while receiving significant tax benefits.
As a mother, it has been one of my top priorities to instill faith in my children. Part of this journey has been to give both my children a Catholic education. That, however, also brings added expense. That is something that I would not have been able to do without the assistance from you.
