Graduation at Hayden Catholic High School in Topeka

As the 2023-24 school year comes to a close, we are overwhelmed by gratitude for your support and all that we have been able to accomplish.

This year, CEF awarded a record-breaking $4.6 million in scholarships, giving 1,820 students the opportunity to receive a high-quality, faith-filled education.

For families grappling with financial uncertainty, CEF scholarships offer a beacon of hope. Hope that ignites dreams and helps break the cycle of poverty in our community.

“Without the CEF scholarship, I wouldn’t have been able to achieve the things I have today. I will forever be grateful for my scholarship and the opportunity to grow my faith. Because of my Catholic education, I feel secure in God's plan for me.”
- Emily, Bishop Ward High School, Class of 2024

This spring, 21 CEF scholars are graduating from high school. These graduates carry with them not just diplomas but a strong, Catholic foundation that propels them forward, ready to excel as they take steps toward a future that would not have been possible without you.

With each scholarship, you’re making a priceless investment in our students, our Catholic schools and communities throughout the Archdiocese. Thank you for your unwavering support of CEF scholarships!
